Board Stop Working?

Try these things to pinpoint the problem and expedite your case!

 

It won't turn on:

 

Try these tips:

  1. Check all connections are securely plugged in
  2. Make sure battery is turned on
  3. Manually turn it on by "jumping" the power connection

These tests will help you determine if the problem lies in the battery or somewhere else.

 

One Motor Stopped Working: 

 

Try these tips:

  1. Check all connections are securely plugged in
  2. Swap the motor wires from left side to right side - if the non-working motor stays on the same side, the motor is likely faulty. If it moves to the other side, the controller is likely faulty
  3. Once you've determined the faulty component, try removing the white information plug of the non-working motor, in many cases this can allow the motor to work while you wait for a new replacement component.
