Get in the Water!

Take an Ice Bath

If you want to feel amazing, you need to try this out

Hydrate with this Pick Me Up

Do you ever feel a slump in the afternoon on hot days?

I get them like crazy, brain fog would set in and I’d feel useless

 

Then I started making this drink

It’s been a miracle pick me up

 

It’s iced green tea + electrolytes

Not only does it taste incredible, but

It also turbocharges your body and mind to get out and kick ass

Here’s how you make it:

  • Cold brew your favorite tea (I use gunpowder green)
    • You can use tea bags or just put 1-2 TBS loose leaf in a french press with water
    • Put that in the fridge for 8-24hrs
  • Pour it in a glass and mix this with 1 electrolyte packet (LMNT is the cleanest, but I prefer to make my own…)

Now just sip it down and enjoy the ride!
