A lot of people used to tell us that. 

Funny enough, a lot of Miles employees ride to work everyday and don't come in looking like they just ran a marathon. Trust me, you can do it. 

Just to put everyones mind at ease, our founder decided he was going to do a full ride in his suit. He made sure to push the limits and go a little faster than he normally would to make sure the test was valid for all riders.
